These shows examine the state of political dialogue and advertising in our country, as well as exploring what might be done about it.

Political Advertising Special Part I
Summary
For
the formal launch of the Truth In Political Advertising Project
("TIPA") scheduled for the critical final month of the election
season, KBDI-TV Channel 12 host and TIPA Executive Director Aaron
Harber facilitates a discussion of the state of political dialogue
and the role played by political advertising. The program
features some of Colorado's best known competitors. Joining
Aaron on the TIPA's premiere show are former U.S. Senators
Hank Brown (whom also served as a Colorado member of the U.S. House
of Representatives) and William Armstrong, along with Bighorn Center
founder Rutt Bridges and former U.S. Attorney for the State of
Colorado Tom Strickland. Both Bridges (2004) and Strickland
(1996 and 2002) were candidates for the United States Senate.
